The Ahead XRB Aluminium Drumsticks is a set of 16" XRB drumsticks, with a 0.595" diameter, a 0.8mm aluminium wall, with a medium taper, and a miniball tip. Similar to the 5B drumstick yet with the look of a wood drumstick, these drumsticks are a country music industry standard with excellent balance and power and come with a mini ball tip. These drumsticks produce 50% less shock than wooden drumsticks and last 6 to 10 times longer than wood drumsticks, reaching 5% more rebound than wooden drumsticks. Made of a high precision alloy core these drumsticks feature a guaranteed consistent weight and balance variation of less than 1%. Featuring replaceable covers, tips and rings, these drumsticks possess a high quality, unbreakable nylon tip that provides a brighter, more articulate sound. Super-hard polyurethane replaceable covers protect your drumsticks and your gear, and ergonomically tuned handles and a built-in Vibration Control System (VRS) rounds off these impressive drumsticks.
