The Allen & Heath Xone 92 is a high quality professional DJ mixer with unsurpassed sound quality. Popular among live performers alike, this mixer offers a unique combination of performance tools for professional DJs in a stylish and solid club format. It features a 4-channel design and provides two separate master sums. 4-band EQ for each channel, 2 aux paths and 2 filter banks are just some items on the extensive feature list of the Allen & Heath Xone 92. On top of that it can be used as a MIDI controller and send its data regarding EQ settings, faders etc. to an external MIDI device to control DJ software such as Traktor or similar. Combined with the extensive output and monitoring features, colour-coded displays, stylish layout and clear graphics, you get an unbeatable performance DJ console that is perfect for clubs and festivals.
The 4 stereo channels of the Allen & Heath Xone 92 are equipped with high-quality, smooth-running 60mm VCA faders. The precision Penny & Giles Active VCA crossfader can be replaced quickly and easily when it wears out. It is further possible to adjust the crossfader curve between soft response, ideal for seamless beat mixing, or fast cutting, perfect for scratching.
The Allen & Heath Xone 92 has two variable voltage controlled filters that allow you to filter the sound between 30 Hz and 20 kHz infinitely variable. The 3 filter types HPF, BPF and LPF can even be combined for many other effects. It is also possible to apply cyclical LFO changes to each filter using the Low Frequency Oscillator (LFO) controls. The Res control changes the resonance respectively sharpness of the filter effect from subtle to extreme. Each VCF has its own 'ON' switch.
In terms of equalisation, the Allen & Heath Xone 92 Console features 4 instead of the usual 3 bands for even more detailed control over the frequency spectrum. Each band has a 6dB boost, the Hi and Lo bands have a Total Kill with 12dB / octave and the two Mid bands offer a 30dB cut. With this, the professional console gives the performer the option to shape his sound far beyond the normal EQ range without overloading the PA system.
The Allen & Heath Xone 92 is equipped with 6 dual stereo channels, a total of 10 stereo and 2 microphone inputs to connect up to 4 turntables, 2 microphones, a CD player, drum computer, sampler and just about anything else you want to bring into the mix. Furthermore the professional DJ mixer offers a MIDI output to remotely control external effects, samplers or sequencers, for example. Tap tempo-related MIDI clocks are transmitted as well to synchronise MIDI sound modules.

There not much to say about the xone 92. Its a classic food sounding mixer. It had its small faults but everyone knows them! The price nowadays is really nice.
