Designed for tonal performance, this guitar is a solid body workhorse with 2x powerful Alnico Classic humbuckers with PAF character and solid LockTone Tune-o-Matic hardware. The 60’s style Slim Taper 'D' shaped neck profile is comfortable in all positions on the 22-note Pau Ferro fingerboard.

Feel and quality of the guitar is very good. Plastic covers on the back could fit a bit better but such details I would expect from Gibson. It seems to be a bit heavy but as long as you are not very fragile it should be fine.
My son's first guitar and this is cheap enough that he can modify it if he wants but good enough out of the box to plug and play. There are better guitars, they cost a lot more. If you are just starting out or looking for a dependable will built guitar then i think this will serve you well.
