Erica Synths Fusionbox is a multi-function analog effects unit that combines BBD chip-based effects with tube overdrive, a lowpass filter and a classic stereo ensemble effect.
BBD Effects
The Bucket Brigade Delay creates delay, flanger and chorus effects.
Tubes Overdrive
For extraphat sounds, the delay output signal and the feedback path go through a tube circuit.
Lowpass Filters
For even more flexibility, a fully adjustable lowpass filter for deep bass sounds is available.
Vintage Stereo Ensemble
The Vintage Stereo Ensemble creates the classic"stereo ensemble effect" found in many vintage synthesizers. In the Stereo Ensemble effect, the signals generated and filtered by the delay are routed back to a mono input as a phase inverted signal, whereas the direct signal is routed back to the second input. This circuit creates the unmistakable, moving character that is very different from chorus effects, adding phase-inverted signals to stereo signals offers other features that are worth looking for.
Compatible with many equipment
Fusionbox has an adjustable input level, making it compatible with a wide range of instruments:
guitars
synthesizers & grooveboxes, etc. (line level)
Modular Synths
A footswitch input allows the effect bypass, making Fusionbox ideal for guitarists.
Absolutely savage delay/distortion box. The gain stage alone is worth it. As with most analog delays, it can get noisy but you can get so many different results. Great for experimenting.
