Together with the Martin Custom Shop department none other than the American country and southern rocker Jason Isbell developed his new custom signature model D-18 Jason Isbell, which partly comes up with features from Martin's Golden Era. Accordingly, this all-massive dreadnought comes in a classic manner with an Adirondack spruce top on a mahogany body and resonates with warm and powerful bass, nuanced and radiant midrange and clear highs. Ideal for a powerful vocal accompaniment with strumming or fingerstyle.
The compensated bone bridge inlay provides optimum resonance transmission and a flat string position, while the chrome-plated open vintage mechanisms promise tuning stability and precise tuning. The "Authentic 1939" neck profile fits well in the hand and is easy to play. For stage or studio use, the Fishman Infinity Matrix pickup system delivers the guitar's magnificent sound to the amplifier with natural and authentic sound reproduction. Last but not least, a case is already included in the scope of delivery.
