It’s a beautiful neck. However, you will need to adjust the nut for intonation. Also, I had to polish the frets - they were not smooth enough for bends. Polishing with fret rubbers is very easy and can be completed in 30 minutes. On the plus side, it fit a 21 year old Mexican Fender Stratocaster perfectly. The 22nd fret extension fits comfortably over my scratchplate. My old guitar never looked so good.
"I recently purchased a replacement neck for my Squier Classic Vibe 50's Stratocaster, and I couldn't be happier with the results. This neck is nothing short of exceptional – it fits seamlessly with the guitar body, boasts a beautifully smooth finish, and the fretwork is impeccably done.
Playing on this neck is an absolute pleasure; it's incredibly playable and responsive. The icing on the cake is that my Fender locking tuning machines fit perfectly, which has vastly improved the guitar's tuning stability. In fact, it stays in tune significantly better than it did with the original neck.
I couldn't recommend this replacement neck more highly. It's transformed my guitar-playing experience and breathed new life into my beloved Stratocaster. If you're considering an upgrade, this neck is an excellent choice. Kudos to the makers for delivering such a superb product!"
Nothing to complain here. Much nicer quality than mexican fender necks that you get from stock guitars. Hard to say why but it just is. And I have two of these so it was'nt just one of. Neck profile is very nice. Kind a like 25,5" slim taper. Some sharpnes in fretwork but in this price very acceptable. No fretbuzz even with very low action.
