The guitar signal receiver at a glance

The TC Electronic Teleport GLR is a guitar signal receiver designed to transmit guitar signals. A large stage often presents a challenge when it comes to routing the guitar signal to the amplifier, and a long unbalanced 1/4" guitar cable can quickly ruin valuable sound. In addition, these long guitar cables are extremely susceptible to electrical noise and radio frequency interference (RFI), not to mention signal loss. The receiver provides absolutely lossless transmission for distances up to 100 meters, making it the ideal solution for long cable runs in venues and recording studios.

Application

The entire TELEPORT system can be set up in just a few minutes and is easy to use regardless of the size of the venue or studio. Simply connect the GLT (transmitter) and GLR (receiver) with a balanced XLR microphone cable, plug your guitar into the GLT, connect the output of the GLR to the input of your amplifier and TELEPORT buffers, equalizes and matches impedance - all by itself. The system is even fully transformer isolated to provide electrical isolation and extremely low noise with low harmonic and phase distortion.

The guitar signal receiver is housed in a rugged aluminum case with protective silicone rubber corners and a high quality XLR connector.
