Breedlove Jeff Bridges Signature
With the Breedlove Jeff Bridges Signature, the U.S. manufacturer from Oregon dedicates a unique signature model to the exceptional artist, actor and musician Jeff Bridges, which is fully manufactured in the sense of ecological sustainability. The tonewoods used come from responsibly managed forests and prove that one can "... have a beautiful instrument and still be kind to our planet!" (Jeff Bridges in Rolling Stone) Thanks to its fully solid Conterto construction, the acoustic guitar produces a powerful and at the same time warm sound, which unfolds quickly and over a wide area with fine pickings as well as expressive strummings. At the same time, the flat neck guarantees comfortable playability in all frets, so that even complex fingering patterns can be mastered easily. At the same time, high-quality Hardware ensures clean intonation over the entire scale length. The fretboard features the motto "All in this together" from Jeff Bridges rainforest protection project in the form of a large inlay. The scope of delivery includes a Deluxe Signature gig bag.

Structure and woods
To give the tone a warm colour, the top and the body are made of flamed myrtlewood (Californian laurel). Thanks to the special hardness of the wood, the bass and midrange frequencies develop particularly assertively, giving the instrument a character all of its own. The neck is made of maple and allows the player with its flat profile a very comfortable grip of the 6 steel strings. In addition, the generous cutaway optimizes access to the highest of the 20 frets, which are set into an ebony fingerboard. The strings are conveniently attached directly to an ebony bridge.

Design and Hardware
The saddle and the 45mmwide nut are made of GraphTech TUSQ to ensure that the guitar intonates cleanly over the entire scale length of 650mm. In addition, the matte gold die-cast tun ers with black wings allow for accurate and easy string tuning. On the back of the individually designed headstock is an inlay corresponding to the artist's signature. The top is adorned by fine fishbone inlays that tastefully match the texture of the woods and the fingerboard inlay. The appearance is rounded off by a noble bourbon burst gloss finish.
Electronics
A high-quality L.R. Baggs Anthem TRU-MIC pickup system is installed under the bridge, which can pass on the acoustic sound to an amplifier without distortion. Thus the acoustic sound can be reproduced excellently even when amplified. By means of a control in the sound hole, the output signal can be conveniently adjusted to the tonal characteristics of the amplifier. The active system is powered by a 9V block battery, which is fixed in a nylon bag inside the body.
