Accordingly, the guitar made with ash body and maple neck convinces not only with an extremely smooth playability, but also with a versatile spectrum of hot sounds thanks to the two Seymour Duncan humbuckers. Modern hardware in the form of the Floyd Rose Double Locking Tremolo and precise machine heads completes the equipment of the Charvel Pro-Mod San Dimas Style 2.

The body of the Charvel Pro-Mod San Dimas Style 2 is unmistakably made of ash, whose wide grain remains visible thanks to the transparent natural finish. The screwed neck is made of maple and, thanks to the combination of the extremely slim "D" profile and the ebony fingerboard in compound radius, offers extremely smooth playability. The rounded neck foot and the generous contour milling on the back of the cutaway allow unimpeded access to the highest positions.
With a Seymour Duncan SH-1n '59 humbucker on the neck and a TB-4 JB Trembucker on the bridge, the Charvel Pro-Mod San Dimas Style 2 delivers first-class sound for rock and metal, while the Floyd Rose tremolo convinces with unshakeable tuning stability.
On the amplifier, the Charvel Pro Mod San Dimas Style 2 proves to be a real rock'n'roll machine with a particularly hot sound. Responsible for this are of course the Seymour Duncan humbuckers in neck and bridge position. While the Seymour Duncan TB-4 JB on the bridge is not for nothing a guarantor for output-strong sounds with bite in the midrange, the Seymour Duncan SH-1n '59 on the neck convinces with its differentiated vintage character. Thanks to the "No Load Tone" circuit, the tone potentiometer is bypassed when fully open, giving the sound image a more direct character.
