For the classic eclipse singlecut design of the EC-1000 Evertune guitar, ESP relies on the elaborate set-thru construction with a mahogany neck that extends deep into the body and offers especially smooth playing characteristics thanks to the flowing neck heel, Thin-U profile and the stainless steel fretboard in extra jumbo format. The mahogany body also carries a solid maple top to give the punchy fundamental sound the brilliance it needs.

Active EMGs and Evertune Bridge

With two active EMG pickups the ESP LTD EC-1000 Evertune BB delivers first-class rock and metal sounds at the guitar amplifier. The EMG 60TW-R at the neck not only convinces with a particularly bright sound for singing leads and sparkling arpeggios, thanks to the coil split option it also delivers bell-like single coil sounds. At the bridge, on the other hand, the sharply focused mids of the legendary EMG 81 promise tight and transparent tones even at maximum gain and deep drop tunings. In addition, the ESP LTD EC-1000 Evertune BB Black Satin is equipped with the innovative Evertune Constant-Tension-Bridge, whose sophisticated mechanism keeps each string unshakably in the correct tuning.
