Expert Sleepers disting mk4 is based on the previous disting mk3 version and offers some new features like dot matrix displayand front slot for the microSD card.

General Functions
The different functions/algorithms are organized in four banks, each with 16 patches. The main functions are the following points, which are distributed in different variations on the four banks:

LFO
VCO
Precission adder with auto shift function
Quantizer with selectable scales
dual waveshaper
Sample & Hold
synchronizable delay effect
two LFOs
two VCOs
A fifth bank offers additional functions, such as playing audio from the microSD card, or playing MIDI files.
This is one of the best purchases I have made in a while, and made me fall inlove with my modular once again. Whatever function you need, it has and this can be a way to try out so many different module functionalities to find out what is missing and what you are interested in buying next!
I have so far only scratched the surface, but already have had hours of enjoyment and inspiration exploring the algorithms, and am looking forward to more, exactly what I was after :)
