The Gretsch Keith Carlock Snare 14"x5,5"Signature model of the US-American jazz & fusion drummer, consists of a 2 mm thick brass shell, whose surface has been given a unique vintage patina finish in a specially developed aging process. Of course, the welded shell was also decorated with the circumferential hammering, which is common for Gretsch metal snares. The shell was equipped with chrome-plated hardware, 45° bearing edge and solid cast hoops with 4 mm thickness. On the inside you can still find the signed production label while on the outside the classic Lightning thow-off with its tension adjustment mounted on the butt-end ensures that the 20-strand snare wire fit perfectly. Gretsch Permatone heads are fitted as standard, which are manufactured by head specialists Remo.
