The Paiste Rude Basher Crash Ride Cymbal is a 20" crash ride cymbal that features a medium-very loud volume, and is made of CuSn20 bronze, with a traditional finish. Originally conceptualized as a hacker for the metal and punk scenes of the late 80s, Rude cymbals from Paiste quickly became a favourite for trashy, strong sounds. These iconic Rude cymbals were the result of a collaboration with the drum legend Alex Gonzalez from Mexico's successful rock band Mana. Using the opportunity of the release of the metal project "De La Tierra", Paiste is betting on the success model of the Rude series and is completing it with three new, incredible variations: Bashers, Shed Bells and Blast Chinas. All of them completely fulfil the sound demands of the goliath instruments with a twist. Trashy notes and assertiveness makes the Rude series the ideal companion of drummers who cultivate harsh environments.
Alex Gonzalez on Paistes Rude Bashers: "The name says it all! Imagine a 2002 Medium on steroids. Lively, explosive, yet controlled at the same time! Great for thrashing out CrashRide patterns and unique Crash sounds!” The Paiste Rude Basher Crash Ride Cymbal features a medium-heavy weight and medium-very loud volume. This cymbal produces a full, assertive sound with a ton of power and a pinch of Trash. A strong, loud attack with a fat crash sound, this crash ride cymbal has a low bell sound and is ideal for ride patterns in loud situations.
