The professional DJ command center offers direct support and dedicated controllers for Serato DJ features including key shift, key sync, pitch play and Serato flip. The successor also features a professional oscillator, large aluminium jog wheels and backlit performance pads. Plus two USB ports for seamless DJ transfers, Sound Color FX, Slip Mode, Needle Search Pad, a Magvel Crossfader and the very best sound. It Pioneer DDJ-SZ2 comes with the latest version of Serato DJ pitch-'n-time DJ and Serato flip expansion packs, so you can take full advantage of your controller's capabilities.
The first 3,000 DDJ-SZ2 controllers shipped worldwide include a voucher for a free video Serato expansion pack. The Video Expansion Pack complements the included Serato DJ Pitch 'n Time DJ and Serato Flip Expansion Packs. So when you're one of the first buyers, you get full control over your audio and video performances.
It Pioneer DDJ-SZ2 provides dedicated buttons for Serato DJ features like key shift and key sync. This gives you the ability to adjust the pitch of the tracks while mixing and synchronize the pitch of the tracks.
The Pitch Play function allows you to fire your hot cues in different keys and assign them to the performance pads of the DJ DDJ-SZ2 controller.
With the second version of the DDJ-SZ, you have direct access to the Serato flip function via 3 special buttons. So you can record hot cue sequences and play them back at the touch of a button. In this way, tracks can be edited individually or even certain areas can be repeated or skipped as a loop.
It comes Pioneer DDJ-SZ2 with an oscillator on board that allows you to make your tracks sound more interesting and exciting with sounds like noise, drop Laser and siren. You can also create completely new sounds using the Oscillator parameter knob.
With the Jog-Wheels, which are just as big as the ones out of the CDJ-2000 NXS2 jog, scratching is very easy. For even more precise performances, all information about the currently running track and the position is displayed on the illuminated on-jog display. With Jog-Feeling-Adjust you can adjust the backspin time and the resistance of the wheels to your needs. The improved Jog Wheels offer lower latency and therefore faster response time, so you can scratch even better and more accurately.
With the large multi-colour performance pads you can trigger hot cues, samples and FX sensitively. The pads are velocity-sensitive, meaning that the harder you press the pads, the louder the samples will be played. The colors also change to show the selected play mode and playback Status .
