RCF presents three new loudspeaker models from the NX Series portable audio system category with unique electroacoustic characteristics. RCF engineers have brought together specially designed transducers, a new waveguide with constant directivity, FiRPHASE processing and the new
The NX 9 Series consists of three new models with 10", 12" or 15" woofers. All models feature the same 2100 watt power amplifier. The NX 915-A is the largest and most powerful model in the series, delivering an impressive 131 dB maximum SPL and capable of robust low frequency response down to 45 Hz. The NX 912-A and NX 910-A can each produce 130 dB SPL with remarkable clarity and an exceptional power to weight ratio.
RCF NX 910-A is now up to 50% more powerful than previous models. The amplifier is energy efficient, so no fan is required. The new 1.75-inch compression driver with polyimide capton dome has been completely redesigned. Its durability is up to ten times greater than its predecessors. Redesigned bass drivers get more stability at high load and less distortion.
The combination of specially designed woofers and the Constant Directivity waveguide ensures coherent dispersion in the listening area.
The RCF NX 910-A active speaker offers a combination of a 1.75" compression driver, a 10" woofer, a 2-channel 2100 W power amplifier and a Constant Directivity Waveguide ensures a consistent 100° x 60° coverage of the listening area with up to 130 dB SPL distortion-free sound. Whether used as a stand-alone FOH system, satellite (with subwoofer), stage monitor or flown: The compact NX 910-A is powerful and reliable.
The lightweight RCF drivers deliver impressive performance. To ensure maximum reliability and optimum interaction of all components, all transducers have been specially designed by RCF engineers in Italy. The novel design makes the 1.75" voice coil with polyimide capton dome ten times more stable than its predecessors, ensuring more accurate output and improved longevity.
These components work in unison with two RCF-exclusive DSP algorithms. One for phase linearization and crossover design, the other for woofer excursion management. FiRPHASE, an FIR technology, enables coherent distribution of sound without phase distortion and ensures minimal latency in the system.
The sleek cabinet is made of high-strength wood and finished in black polyurea. With ergonomic handles on both sides, the speaker is easy to move and transport. There is a tripod mount on the bottom. Each model can also be flown, wall or truss mounted using multiple M10 rigging points and special accessories.
