Akai MPK Mini Mk2 white is an easy-to-carry USB master keyboard for computer-aided applications. 25 synth-action minikeys are exceptionally easy to play and control. 8 MPC pads with note repeat, arpeggiator and pitch bend and joystick modulation increase game dynamics. The pads can be switched in three modes: Note, CC and Program Change commands. Together with the 8 freely programmable potentiometers, this provides unimagined flexibility for a controller keyboard of this size. The MPK Mini MK2 is powered via USB for mobility and includes the new VIP 3.1, which revolutionizes the hardware/software experience and gives musicians and producers unparalleled access to their VST instrument and effects collection. Artists can now assign all controls of their MIDI controller (buttons, encoders, faders, buttons) to VIP's parameters for effortless integration and improved workflow. The controller comes for a short time together with five Melodics lessons
The arpeggiator of the MPK Mini Mk2
The arpeggiator is particularly noteworthy and unique in this compact class. With this, driving arpeggios can be played in a DAW as well as during a live game via a software synthesizer. Parameters such as resolution of note values, direction and swing can be set via the keyboard while playing. With Tap Tempo, the arpeggiator always runs in sync with the band, even in live mode. Using the Octace Up and Down buttons, the keyboard can be quickly switched to other pitches.
