With the Waza Tube Expander Core, Boss delivers a versatile load box that can transport the full potential of your tube amps and, thanks to its compact housing design, can function as an indispensable companion for quiet living room sessions or as a studio or stage addition. With the reactive load circuit for combo or stack, the natural behavior of your setup can be preserved, while features such as Air Feel, Cabinet IR or the Mix Assist provide an authentic response for live or studio situations. The Waza Tube Expander Core comes with 22 miked cabinet simulations including Celestion IRs, 10 storable rig settings and 64 user IR preset slots for mono and stereo WAV files. In addition, various in-house Boss stereo effects such as delay, reverb, parametric or graphic EQ and compression can be used if required, which can also be freely edited. The Waza Tube Expander Core can be used for a wide range of applications, from reliable volume taming for your tube amp to a faithful modeling tool for dynamic cabinet responses at studio level.
