The Semihollow model, appreciated by guitarists for over six decades, finds its way into the authentically designed line-up of the traditional manufacturer with the Epiphone Inspired by Gibson ES-335 LefthandVintage Sunburst. A selection of classic woods, official shaping and high-quality components come together in the series to meet the high standards of the original. Two Alnico Classic PRO humbuckers provide a wide tonal range with warm and resonant semi-hollow character, while the mahogany neck in the authentic Rounded C neck profile gives pure ES feeling. Also in terms of Hardware the Epiphone Inspired by Gibson ES-335 has a lot to offer with the resonant combination of LockTone bridge and Stopbar as well as a nut from the manufacturer Graph Tech.

Semihollow body with solid center block
The special body design of the ES-335 in Semihollow construction is clearly its trademark, both visually and sonically. Accordingly, the Inspired by Gibson ES-335 Vintage Sunburst is composed of a body made of maple laminate, with a solid center block inside for creamy Sustain and reduced feedback susceptibility. This special construction makes the ES-335 extremely versatile and a reliable companion for both articulate clean sounds of jazz and hot overdrive sounds of Blues rock and rock. Finished off with the EPIPHONE Inspired by Gibson ES-335 Vintage Sunburst body with a traditional cream binding on the edge of the top and back.
Alnico Classic PRO Humbucker
Two Epiphone Alnico Classic PRO humbuckers in neck and bridge position are responsible for the sound transformation of the Epiphone Inspired by Gibson ES-335 Vintage Sunburst and skillfully cover an enormous variety of tonal possibilities. Clearly oriented to the legendary PAF-Humbucker of the coveted Gibson models, the dual pickups deliver a defined mid-range at a moderate Output and skillfully incorporate the warm character of the semi-hollow design into the sound. Both pickups have separate volume and tone controls from the US electronics expert CTS.

Was pleasantly surprised to see a certificate of inspection from the Music Store HQ in Germany. The guitar plays well, sounds great and looks the absolute business (compared to the Dot series). No complaints thus far
