With the SLED, the successful EVEREST family of FAME AUDIO is extended by one new member. Despite its compact size, the EVEREST SLED offers a powerful and transparent sound that cannot be found elsewhere in this price range. Thanks to its easy transport and simple handling during assembly and disassembly, the Everest SLED can be used in a variety of ways, making the column speaker system the ideal solution for live music, mobile DJs or presentations, conferences and other occasions.
Consisting of an 8" subwoofer with built-in Class D power amplifier and 6-channel mixer as well as a satellite speaker with six 2.75" tweeter drivers each, the Fame Audio Everest Sled has an RMS power of 250 Watt.
The matched components offer a wide frequency response from 55 to 20,000 Hz and achieve a maximum sound pressure level of 120 dB with a horizontal and vertical sound distribution of 120° x 30°.
A 6-channel mixer is integrated into the subwoofer, offering a wide range of connection and adjustment options. There are two XLR/jack combination sockets (6.35 mm) as switchable microphone/instrument or line inputs, a 3.5 mm stereo aux input for connecting tablets or smartphones and a mono/stereo input (6.35 mm). Separate volume controls, plus controls for treble, bass, reverb/echo and overall volume, allow for perfectly tuned performance.
For wireless audio streaming, a Bluetooth module is available to connect the Everest Sled to your desired Android or Apple device.
The high-quality components give the Everest Sled a discreet appearance. It can be installed quickly and easily thanks to its sled system. The subwoofer and column speaker are mounted on top of each other in just a few steps using a spacer rod. Depending on the occasion or venue, a choice can be made between the full column height and a lower version without spacer element.
With a practical carrying handle on the top of the sub and the supplied carrying bag for the column elements, the system, which weighs less than 15 kg, can be transported without any problems.
