The Fender American Special Stratocaster MN 2TS Electric Guitar 2-Colour Sunburst features 2 Texas Special single coil pickups, producing a powerful and dynamic sound. The Fender American Special Stratocaster is constructed of a solid alder body with 9.5” radius maple neck and a modern jumbo 22-fret fingerboard. Each note is presented in depth, with extra care for taut bass, transparent highs and vocal middle – in both Clean and Overdrive channels. Thanks to its “Greasebucket” tone switch, it is possible to increase heights back without low mids.
The 9.5” jumbo fret board allows for easy unhindered string bending and teamed with the modern C shaped profile is a very comfortable guitar to use. The bridge has a classic vintage style tremolo, which is gentle but can produce wonderful surf sounds. Encapsulated cast tuners ensure absolute tuning stability throughout your session. Includes a Fender Deluxe Gig Bag.

American Special with the texas special pickups. I love the very smooth neck and my favorite is the jumbo frets which make it so easy to play and bend. Just about everything a man could ask for in a guitar. Such a huge step ahead of Mexican/other fender imports. highly recommend you go American. Special is the entry. It's discontinued now but you can still find them. thank you fender for a great guitar.
