Ortega RFU10Z Soprano Ukulele ZebrawoodI ordered ukulele several weeks ago and when i got it I was very pleased with the product. It sounds and looks awesome! Although there was a thing that I did not like. When i made the order I got an e-mail to confirm shipping costs. After i confirmed the costs i started the waiting procedure. After one week I got a bit worried becouse i did not get any shipping nr. ore any e-mail that everything is ok so i phoned music store. They said my product was not in storage so they had to made it.
My suggestion is to inform people more often, becouse everybody would like to know what heppens with their product after they paid for it!
