With a total of 23 amp and cabinet models developed using multi-layer IR technology, the MS-80IR+ offers authentic amp sounds that convey the sound character and feel of real amps. An extensive selection of effects is also available: Five studio reverb effects are available for a natural room sound, while 12 additional effects - including Noise gate, EQ or delay effects - offer countless sound possibilities for detailed fine-tuning. and to save finished amp and effect combinations, 80 preset memory locations are available, allowing countless rigs to be created for the living room, rehearsal room or stage!
The MS-80IR+ can be operated intuitively with a user interface that is not too cluttered.
Intuitive operation and Handy Guitar Lab app support
The MS-80IR+ can be operated intuitively by foot thanks to the four cross-button switches (MEMORY/SCROLL) and allows easy scrolling between different presets. There are also four controls for Add, Delete, Library and Menu under the LCD screen to navigate between all parameters. The pedal is not overloaded by the knob and switch arrangement and can therefore be quickly understood and easily operated, especially by beginners. As an extended user interface, the Handy Guitar Lab for iOS can be used to browse through the amp and effects library or to save presets compactly on the smartphone.
Headphones can be connected via the mono output for silent jam sessions.
Compact machine for live and studio sessions with USB-C interface/ USB-MIDI
With various routing options, the MS-80IR+ offers versatile options for studio and live use: to split the signal, one signal can be sent to a PA with amps/IRs via the output splitter, while the other signal can be sent to an amplifier without IRs. In addition, the USB-C input allows direct recording into a DAW, so that spontaneous song ideas or riffs can be recorded quickly and easily - a connection to external MIDI devices can also be established via USB-MIDI. This makes the compact pedal a versatile modeller that is an enrichment for all applications in the living room, rehearsal room, Studio or on stage!
