Having emailed customer services prior to ordering, I’m very happy that I got a fast response confirming everything I need to know. Order placed on a Friday and the guitar arrived on the following Monday morning, excellent service! As for the guitar itself, it’s everything I had hoped it would be. Stunning to look out, awesome to play and I absolutely love the new Epiphone headstock. The fact it’s also a Joe Bonamassa signature model, makes it all the more value for money. I have owned a few Gibson Les Pauls and have found this Epiphone model to be better sounding and more enjoyable to play than any of the Gibsons. So I highly recommend this for price and performance that comes with a nice case as well. Disappointed that the signed certificate was missing and I am waiting to receive it from Epiphone-I assume they will honour this as they should. Very happy with the guitar! What the hell is an optic?
