The Evans TT16HB 14" Tom Head Hydraulic Blue is made with 2-ply which are 0.165mm each, and in between the ply layers is a sparse coating of oil to provide a warmer sound, making this a great tom batter for funk or jazz styles.
All Evans heads feature the Level 360 Collar. This collar ensures a balanced contact around the bearing edge of the shell, making tuning an absolute breeze and enhancing the sound quality by allowing the head to better resonate though out your drum shell.
