Beneath the thin nitrocellulose lacquer is an alder body, whose ergonomic offset design with rounded edges and large comfort shapings promises comfortable handling of the bass guitar both on the strap and on the thigh. The bolt-on maple neck naturally features the authentic "1966 U" profile, which promises excellent playing characteristics for any technique with strong rounding and narrow 38 mm nut width. The rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dots and elegant binding is also glued to the 7.25" radius (184 mm) specified by the neck blank using the " Round Laminated" method.
