With the 1959 Gibson Les Paul Reissue VOS M2M Figured Plum Stain, the Gibson Custom Shop presents a traditionally built Singlecut electric guitar in an elegant Made 2 Measure finish. Accordingly, the electric guitar has the classic mahogany body with a chic curly maple top whose grain is accentuated by the rare plum stain finish. The mahogany neck is made with Hot Hide Glue and Long Neck Tenon and has the classic rosewood finish. In addition, two Gibson Custom Bucker pickups on the amplifier deliver authentic PAF sounds between blues and rock. Last but not least, the Gibson Les Paul 1959 Reissue VOS M2M Figured Plum Stain has the traditional hardware equipment with Tune-O-Matic bridge, Stopbar tailpiece and Kluson Deluxe Reissue tuners.

The Gibson 1959 Les Paul Reissue VOS M2M Figured Plus Stain follows the traditional guidelines of the golden era of guitar making. The one-piece body is made of carefully selected mahogany, while the curly maple top is "bookmatched". The one-piece mahogany neck is also glued with Long Neck Tenon and Hot Hide Glue for a particularly lively sound development and endless sustain.
Gibson Custom Bucker pickups and neck and bridge positions provide authentic vintage PAF sounds.
