Founded in 1967 in the British Black Country, the traditional manufacturer Laney can now look back on a long and successful history in amplifier construction. Besides classical British amps, the focus is on sounds of the harder category, as many well-known endorsers prove, especially Black Sabbath's Tony Iommi.
Laney's long history is used to build the LX15, which will offer beginners in particular the legendary sound at an affordable price. The compact combo convinces with its surprisingly mature sound, which exudes authentic rock attitude with a classic British touch. The switchable overdrive is the heart of the Laney LX15 and provides the perfect basis for dark riffs and crisp licks with its dense distortion. The 3-band tone control allows perfect sound adjustment, while the Bright switch provides additional transparency when needed.
With 15 watts of output power and a 5" loudspeaker, the LX15 is the ideal companion for practicing, but at the same time there are volume reserves for small jam sessions. Thanks to the integrated headphone connection, the combo can also be used for silent practice at an advanced hour, while songs can be played back for jamming via the aux input.
