The Line 6 FBV EXPRESS Mark 2 works perfectly with the Spider® IV guitar amplifiers. the FBV EXPRESS can activate many on-board amp effects including Quick Loop, Pitch Glide and Smart Harmony.
FBV Express Mk II delivers out-of-the box, plug-n-play connectivity. Stomp the four steel footswitches to quickly store and select channel presets, synchronize your time-based effects with Tap Tempo, activate the chromatic tuner, and more.
The full-sized volume/wah pedal feels solid under your foot and features plenty of grip. Clicking the toe-switch toggles between volume and wah control (with an illuminated LED to match). The bright and easy-to-read LCD shows tap tempo, active channel and the chromatic tuner (when activated).

Line 6 FBV EXPRESS MkII This is a well made foot controller that wont let you down. Its a must if you have a line 6 amp as it allows you to update the software over the Internet. The downside is this is expensive for a basic foot controller and to get the best from it you have to go on-line for a full manual as the small sheet they send with it is insufficient.
A must have for my amp (i control my line6 amplifi with it). The ampi is very nice but impractical to use only with the phone/ipad. This makes it be ready for a performance.
The switches are quite heavy duty and react perfectly.
The expression controller is not the smoothest and line6 definetly needs to improve that but it does the job. Not very small can easily be manipulated barefoot or with boots on.
One simple cable connection. Zero issues with it.
Quite expensive for its simple operation but absolutely necessary for line6 gear
