Rebirth of a classic
Microtech Gefell revives its classic large-diaphragm condensermicrophone - the CMV 563 - and after more than 40 years offers a balancedsound with plenty of definition in the bass range and softtreble. However, an EF86 now serves as the tube, making the CMV563 / M7s in combination with its cardioid polar pattern perfect for vocal recording, but also for a variety of acoustic instruments such as wind instruments and string instruments. Not to be overlooked, of course, is the hammerblow look, which makes the microphone look very special and looks good in any studio. In addition to the N 61 power supply unit, asuitable holder(EA 92), a microphone connection cable (C563.1), a bayonet adapter and a wooden case for stowing the equipment are also on board.
