The Omnitronic CMP-2001 CD/MP3 Player is a CD/MP3/USB audio player which is specially designed for DJ applications, but can also be used for other public address purposes, such as restaurants or gyms. The device has many common DJ features, such as beat counter, adjustable playback speed, cueing, a seamless loop/re-loop function, single track playback and the convenient search via a jog dial.

With the CMP-2001 you can easily play audio CD/CD-R/CD-RW (CD-DA) as well as CDs and USB devices with titles in MP3 format. Also, this player is equipped with a 20-second anti-shock memory to avoid interference from shock or vibration. For a comfortable music search, the PC-Program Database Builder is available from the download section of the manufacturer website. This program analyses USB storage devices and creates special index files on them. This allows the Omnitronic CMP-2001 to search for data carriers according to certain criteria such as title or artist.
