As the time honoured model of monitoring level, HD 25-1 II has the most natural and detailed performance. Wearing it for a long time, you wont feel uncomfortable because of the split headband. Although it looks not as "beautiful" as its counterparts, it has the most powerful driver inside and the high sensitivity. So it can be easily driven without an amplifier and the quality of sound is still spotless
