The Access Virus TI2 Desktop
The Virus TI2 is a virtual analog desktop synthesizer that has significantly changed the sound of today's music. It is equipped with an arpeggiator, dual DSP system and MIDI jacks. The USB port transports audio, MIDI and data. Thanks to Total Integration, the matching software to the synth, the Virus TI can be used like a plug-in. VA synthesis is equally suited for EDM or classic soundtrack compositions. Using optional rack brackets, the Access Virus TI2 can be placed in a 19" rack.
A desktop synthesizer for artists and producers
The Virus TI2 is a perfect companion for both DJs and project studios. The desktop model is a beautiful eye-catcher in the studio, or on stage. The instrument has a classy look and good grip, which guarantees comfortable transportation. Thanks to over 3300 preset sounds, you will never run out of ideas when jamming! The synthesis and processing power of the Desktop Synthesizer and Keyboard Synthesizer are identical. Artists like Depeche Mode, Madonna, Linkin Park and The Prodigy tour with the Virus as an integral part of their basic set-up. Producers like Sasha, Pete Tong, Roger Sanchez and Dr. Dre use the Virus as the centerpiece in their studios. Hollywood composers such as Hans Zimmer, James Newton Howard, John Powell and Mark Isham are enthusiastic Virus users, using their custom sounds created on the Virus to score Hollywood blockbusters with soundtracks.

Only just started using this today and I'm blown away at the range and quality of sounds. I'm running Catalina on my Mac and got the Mystery Island plugin & midi to USB cable to integrate the hardware into my DAW, which has worked flawlessly. So if the lack of support from Access for Mac OS 10.15 and above is putting you off, I recommend you look into this (M Island software was $49)
Shipment was fast, well packed and trackable all the way. Was at a good price too. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience!
The virus TI2 desktop is a dream to work with! It is expensive, but its worth it. Theres a reason why so many professional producers use this. Presets are sounding great! I havent used many VA-synths that can even compare to this, so my knowledge dont extend that far.
If you're a electronic music producer and for many times you find yourself struggling for that particular quality of sound that you find in many tunes that you like, this is the key to that level of sound quality. It worth every cent! I recommend using it with a good audio interface with 6 inputs min, to be able to use 6 separate outputs (3 usb + 3 outs).
Access Virus (TI) is the absolute dream centerpiece of any studio however, the TI part is not always perfect. I love the sound, the ease of use, the whole character, Virus is the Bentley of all (VA) synths. It can be analog or digital, there are really versatile sound sculpting possibilities. If you can't integrate it properly, try using the analog outs.
The Access Virus is incredible=) The Sounds are unbelieveable and the workflow is spectacular. The moves with the knobs are so easy and the sounds are so different from every little move with the knobs. This Synth is a dream of an instrument=)
