The FAME Forum IV Modern Stonewashed Blue Satin is a versatile 6-string Electric Guitar with contemporary equipment and a high playing comfort. The slender Mahogany body with Maple top offers a comfortable playing position, while the generous cut-away offers unhindered access over the entire neck. This is made of Mahogany and traditionally glued, whilst the flat "D" profile lies comfortably in the hand, the Ebony fingerboard more than suitable for advanced techniques. The proven combination of a Seymour Duncan SH-2n Jazz on the neck and an SH-4 JB on the bridge deliver a wide-ranging tone, and can be tailored for Pop, Blues or Rock (enhanced with authentic single coil sounds thanks to Coil Split). The integrated piezo pick-up system also delivers premium acoustic guitar sounds, so there's no limit to the variety of sounds and musical expression. A Tune-O-Matic bridge with stop-bar tailpiece and precise locking mechanisms from the same manufacturer complete the FAME Forum IV Modern Stonewashed Blue Satin.
Seymour Duncan Humbuckers
Thanks to the pick-up selection, the Fame Forum IV Modern is particularly flexible in sound. With a Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB on the bridge and a Seymour Duncan SH-2n Jazz on the neck, the Fame Forum IV Modern uses a pair of humbuckers to deliver the right sound for every genre between Blues, Pop, Rock and even Metal. The bridge pick-up is high output with enormous assertiveness and sharply focused mids, whilst the neck pick-up brings every note to life with endless sustain and a warm, vintage voice. Thanks to the coil split circuit, authentic single coil sounds with the typical bell-like clear sound unfolding are also available.
Piezo Pick-Up System
In addition to the magnetic pick-ups, the Fame Forum IV Modern is equipped with a GraphTech Ghost Piezo pick-up system that is integrated into the bridge and has an active pre-amp. A pull on the front volume control activates the system and delivers authentic Acoustic Guitar sounds with brilliant highs and the typical attack behaviour. The volume of the piezo system can be adjusted via the rear potentiometer, so that mixing sounds with the magnetic Seymour Duncan pick-ups is also possible.
Tone Wood Selection
The Fame Forum IV Modern is manufactured by experienced Guitar builders in Europe and therefore takes tone wood selection seriously, in order to facilitate flawless workmanship. The body is made of Khaya Mahogany with a Maple top. Without a doubt, the highlight here is the sharply contoured curvature of the top with a cutaway, which ensures unhindered playability across all registers. Thanks to the perfectly proportioned "D" profile, the neck (made of Sapelli Mahogany) lies comfortably in the hand, perfectly accommodating the Ebony fingerboard.

amazing instrument sounds fantastic has a great feel looks as good as much more expensive guitars but the guitar was poorly shipped the cardboard was very soft no gig bag was included & there was a chip on the top of the headstock you did refund 50.00 dollars for that & the gig bag arrived today I love the guitar but how it got sent the way it did I'm surprised there wasn't more damage.i still give hot a top rating because the guitar is that good & you addressed the issue quickly
Extremely happy!! Best quality guitar I've had, I like it better than the PRS I had previously. Shipping was fast to Texas, arrived in about 2 weeks.
I've REALLY gelled with this guitar. First thing first the wood on this guitar and the craftsmanship are TOP notch. I was not impressed with the electronics the Duncan pickups, while a classic combo, didn't suit my needs. I put shur thornbuckers in right away. While the piezo pickups are graphtech the preamp is not, I changed that out as well. I also added a tone control and removed the piezo switch for a piezo volume (can be done with a mini pot). As you can see I'm super particular about my electronics so I don't fault fame, especially at this price. I will be buy another one! But, can we get a few more color options for the semi hollow!???
