Okay out of the box. The Standard and Tri-Chorus settings are fine. The good stuff happens when you start playing about with the Tone-Prints. You can dial in all sorts of sweet noises (and some horrors). It really is versatile and you have a lot of control over many parameters with the Tone-Print software. As I’m mostly a bassist, this is great when trying to keep the low-end.
It can sound a bit ‘digital’ at times but some judicious eq tweaking sorts most issues.
It’s a good introduction to the range of chorus sounds but expect to put some time in to dial in what you want.
