The Taylor GS Mini-e Koa is thanks to its compact design excellent for use on the road. A high-quality electronics enriches the instrument in its functionality and creates the possibility to give the acoustic sound also amplified to the best. Despite its small size, the acoustic guitar produces a powerful and midrange-rich sound that unfolds quickly and over a wide area. In addition, the short neck allows an easy grip in all 20 frets, which intonate cleanly with the help of finely crafted

Chrome-plated die-cast tuners are set into the characteristic Taylor headstock to ensure precise tuning of the 6 steel strings. In addition, a Micarta bridge inlay and a 42.8 mm wide Nubone nut ensure very accurate intonation over the entire scale. The coarse-grained instrument is rounded off by a wafer-thin matt finish and a three-ring soundhole rosette that perfectly matches the 4 mm dot inlays in the fretboard.

I took a chance ordering the GS MINI KOA without having played one, based on YouTube videos and reviews I read, and I wasn't wrong on doing so!! What an awesome inspiring instrument! The Koa compressed sound and looks of this guitar are unparalleled! Taylor quality, very comfortable to play and it sounds better than my Epiphone jumbo guitar, both acoustic and plugged in. I have about 6 acoustic-guitars and this is by far the best sounding one. Very pleased with the purchased, very happy with the service received and the extended warranty by DV247.
The koa also sounds (in my opinion) way better than all the other gs mini versions, if you are considering one of these beauties, I truly believe you should go ahead and take the plunge!!
What a fanatastic instrument. The small body (with such a big sound) is perfect for my small body (I'm only five feet, six inches in height) and the 3/4 scale is great too. The nut width and fret spacings are not inhibitory in any way and make stretching for those big chords doable even for my 'sausage' fingers. Everything about the instrument shouts 'quality'; from the satin sheen of the finish to solid and resonant 'clunk' when you plug in the guitar lead - the pick-up/amplification is really true to the unplugged acoustic sound. I've run out of room and superlatives. Thoroughly recommended.
