Behringer 921B VCO

The modular system once developed by Robert "Bob" Moog went through a long production period between 1964 and 1981, including its development process. At that time, the new, electronic instrument was an avant-garde pioneering work that still had to be explained to the public, but ultimately found more and more interested parties. Behringer has transferred the generously dimensioned dimensions to the compact Eurorack format and paid close attention to ensuring that the sound and function are in no way inferior to the cult object.

The 921B Oscillator from Behringer is a clone of the analog oscillator of the same name from the famous Moog modular system. The distinctive and assertive sound with its very own "growl" has been inspiring generations of musicians for decades. The tone generator can be switched in five octaves and has an extra low mode. Sine, triangle, sawtooth and square are available at the outputs. The pulse width ratio is 50%, but can be modulated by a control voltage. There are also separate AC and DC inputs for modulating the pitch. The 921A Oscillator Driver is the perfect partner for the 921B Oscillator. It can be used to control the pitch and pulse width of up to twelve 921B VCOs.
