The Fame Hermosa Cutaway at a glance:

The Fame Hermosa Cutaway produces a powerful and warm sound thanks to a solid top, which can be transmitted unaltered to an amplifier with the help of a Fishman Clásica pickup system. Therefore, the classical guitar is perfectly suited for use on stage and in the rehearsal room. In addition, a flat neck profile and a cutaway allow optimal access to all 19 frets. Visually, the instrument is rounded off by light maple bindings and a gauzy matt finish.

Construction and woods

The construction consisting of a solid cedar top and a laminated mahogany body produces a very pleasant tone with rich bass and warm midrange frequencies. Thanks to the Fame-Classical bracing, the sound unfolds extremely quickly, so that beginners can achieve maximum sound results without much effort. The flat mahogany neck is equipped with a rosewood fingerboard, which is particularly comfortable to play with. It also has enough space to easily master difficult finger patterns and chords.

Hardware and Design

The Fame Hermosa Cutaway features classic tuners with black buttons that turn easily. The bridge inlay and the 52 mm wide nut are made of high-quality bone. To create a smooth transition between the body and the neck, the top and the fingerboard are edged with a maple binding, which creates a pleasant contrast to the installed woods. The sound hole is surrounded by a filigree rosette, which gives the electroacoustic classical guitar an individual appearance.
