The Fender Alternate Reality Meteora HH PF (Lake Placid Blue) is a 6-string electric guitar taken from the 2019 Alternate Reality series. The original Meteora was produced in a limited run during 2018, but the sleek off-set and unique body shape coupled with typical high-quality Fender pick-up circuitry has made it one of the most promising designs in Fenders modern era. The 2019 Meteora HH establishes this guitar in a more permanent context, with an alternate pick-up configuration and bridge, and available in 3x colour finishes.
The Meteora HH PF possesses 2x Player Series humbucking pick-ups, which encompass a full-range of tones from pristine clean and bright to gritty, distorted voices. A Pau Ferro fingerboard and medium jumbo frets make performance on this instrument a seamless experience, whilst the Adjusto-matic bridge with string-through-body holes provides rock-solid tuning stability (as well as looking good!). The Maple 25.5” scale neck is of the “Modern C” shape, feeling smooth and natural in the hand. The Nickel/Chrome hardware is finished off with the Knurled Flat-Top control knobs and a switch is included giving players the option of swapping the volume controls, and therefore produce volume swells on either pick-up.
