4/4-classical guitar, all solid, cedar top, Ovangkol body, 650 mm scale length, 52 mm nut width, mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard, high gloss finish.
With the "Estudio Classic" series, Spanish guitar maker Juan Hernandez presents the most affordable version of his popular concert guitars. The instrument owes its powerful and defined sound to a fully solid 4/4 construction consisting of a warm-sounding cedar top and a coarsely grained Ovangkol body. Because of its wafer-thin Finishs the guitar produces a very fast-responding tone that is especially strong in the midrange and rich in the bass frequencies. A flat mahogany neck with an ebony fingerboard offers the player enough space to easily master even complicated pieces thanks to a scale length of 650 mm and a nut width of 52 mm. Golden tuners with white buttons allow precise tuning of the 6 strings, which intonate cleanly in all 18 frets due to the fine workmanship of saddle and nut. A noble high-gloss finish emphasizes the versatile grain of the woods used and rounds off the appearance of the Hernandez Estudio Classic cedar guitar in combination with elaborate Bindings and a richly decorated soundhole rosette in a very aesthetic way.
