With the ODR-1X, Nobels delivers an enhanced version of the ODR-1, packed with great updates. Featuring a continuously variable Bass Cut control and Gain Boost, it offers two additional features that allow for precise sound fine-tuning with plenty of gain headroom. The Bass cut allows for precise adjustments in the low end, enabling you to shape the bass frequencies to your liking and needs. The ODR-1X's gain boost switch, delivers plenty of power and can be activated or deactivated with an external footswitch (optionally available). Additionally, the pedal is equipped with "Glow-in-the-Dark-Pointer" knobs, which which come in handy, especially in low-light situations!

With its versatile tonal range, the ODR-1X can be finely tailored despite its straightforward design, making it the perfect foundation for bluesy crunch and juicy Overdrive for rock. Especially in the studio scene of the music metropolis Nashville, Tennessee, these characteristics have made the compact pedal the absolute number one for recordings since the mid-90s. The electric guitar effects unit is also excellent when used as Boost in front of an already distorting amp. While the Drive control sets the level of distortion, the Spectrum control allows you to shape the midrange and high-end character of the circuit.
