The PDP Concept Maple Exotic Shell Set Honey Mahogany is a five-piece drum set including tom holder. The shells are made of maple and produce a warm and resonant sound that can be used in many modern music styles. PDPExotic drums feature an inner and outer layer of Honey Mahogany, which gives the shells an outstanding appearance. High-quality shell hardware in the form of True Pitch tension rods, dual-turret lugs and triple-flanged steel hoops complete the professional appearance. The Suspension Tom Mount (STM Mount) and cast claws for the bass drum meet professional standards. Equipped with Remo heads, the PDP Concept Maple Series offers excellent professional features and a hip appearance. Two tom holders are included, Hardware and cymbal must be purchased separately.

PDP Exotic Maple: High quality drum kit with matching snare drum
All shells are made entirely of maple and feature seven plies of the wood, while the snare drum even has ten plies. Supported by a concept already known from DW, the Graduated Counter Hoops.
Here, the strength of the hoop is adjusted to the size of the shell. In concrete terms, this means that the thickness of the hoops is matched to the respective shell size, so smaller tom shells are not unnecessarily constricted, while larger shells receive a heavy hoop. In this way, each individual shell unfolds its full sound potential.
