Antelope's DSP & FPGA chips allow the use of Synergy Core plug-ins during recording. For example, digital guitar amps or even compressors and room effects can be used already during recording - an enormous advantage for the playing feel of guitars and vocals.
Be creative anywhere
The Antelope Zen Go Synergy Core is powered by a single USB port. So you can work from your laptop on the go. The XLR/jack combo jacks allow you to connect microphones, guitars and keyboard instruments with line output (e.g. keyboards and synthesizers) directly to the unit.
Two headphone jacks
Make music together with real-time monitoring through two sets of headphones, or use two different sets of headphones as a reference when mixing.
I bought this to work with an Antelope modelling mike to record guitar and for playing soft synths. The drivers work well at low latencies on my M1 Monterey Mac Mini and Windows 10. I can’t fault the recording and playback quality. The build quality is really solid too. The onboard processors sound fine too. Theres a few hoops to jump through with getting the hardware authorised and free software working. I only had one issue with the AFX2DAW plugin but Antelopes support responded to my email on the same evening with a solution and it works fine.
The very first moment I played an audio in this equipment I listened the punch, clarity e stereo image I was searching to translate my mixes! Great tool for recording too! Precise transients, tight bass and clear highs!
