Electro Voice enriches its best-selling speakers with new features and improved performance with the introduction of the ZLX G2 version. The ZLX 8P G2 is the first active 8" speaker to join the ZLX series. Equipped with an impressive 1000 watts (peak) of power, the Electro Voice ZLX 8 P G2 combines an 8" woofer with a 1.5" high frequency titanium compression driver in a compact enclosure to deliver a powerful and clear sound. With a maximum sound pressure level of 126 dB, the 2-way active speaker guarantees outstanding sound reinforcement performance in various environments.

Versatile use as a front speaker and floor monitor

The versatility of the new loudspeaker from Electro Voice is particularly noteworthy. Thanks to the 55° monitor angle, it can be used both as a powerful front speaker on a stand and as an effective floor monitor. The 90° x 60° dispersion pattern ensures optimum sound distribution.

Integrated 4-channel mixing console Powered by Dynacord

Another highlight is the built-in 4-channel digital mixing console Powered by Dynacord, which is equipped with integrated effects such as EQ, compressor or ducking. This mixer can be controlled either via the QuickSmart mobile app or via the intuitive large LCD color display with one-button operation. These two options allow you to choose from 5 different stored presets and 15 different settings for microphones from Electro Voice and other well-known manufacturers as well as instruments, providing a high level of customization for different scenarios.

Bluetooth streaming, including True Wireless Stereo

The speaker is also equipped with advanced Automatic Feedback Suppression (AFS ) technology, which minimizes unwanted feedback. The high-quality Bluetooth streaming including True Wireless Stereo (TWS) offers a first-class audio experience. Versatile connection options are provided by +24 V phantom power, two XLR/jack combo sockets, an additional 6.35 mm Hi-Z jack connection for instruments and an XLR output.
