With the Artisan Koa Dual P90 Stratocaster guitar, Fender combines a beautiful design with features that experienced guitarists in particular will appreciate. The lightweight body made of vintage Kalamazoo mahogany has resonance chambers and has been fitted with a top made of koa, which improves the resonance and takes the look of this Stratocaster to a new level. The body is securely and stably connected to the three-strip roasted maple neck thanks to a four-way bolt-on joint. With its classic 1960 oval "C" profile and the 9.5"-12" compound radius, the neck is very comfortable to hold and conveys a pleasant playing feel. The 42 mm wide bone nut is directly connected to the rounded rosewood fingerboard, which is fitted with 21 narrow-tall frets. The supplied Fender Deluxe hard case has been specially designed to protect the instrument from all external influences.
Six vintage-style tuners on the classic Fender headstock provide outstanding tuning stability as well as fast and comfortable string changes. In combination with the nickel/chrome hardware, the 6-saddle hardtail bridge not only provides a particularly resonant connection to the body of the Artisan
The two in-house Fender Custom Shop P-90 pickups deliver high output with a dynamic vintage punch and powerful, voluminous sounds. In combination with the resonance chambers in the body, this creates a warm, organic sound that makes this guitar so unique. Thanks to the 3-way switch, it is easy to switch between the two pickups. The resulting tonal variety makes the Strat ideal for use in the blues genre in particular - overdrive sounds from harder genres such as classic or blues rock are also processed with equal presence by the P-90 pickups. Volume and tone control provides full control over the sounds produced.
