The Fender Vintera Road Worn '60s Stratocaster PF Lake Placid Blue conveys the charm, the feeling and of course the sound of the sixties. This iconic instrument of beat music and the British Invasion embodies classic features that defined the sound of the decade and presents the versatile sound of three Tim Shaw designed vintage-style '60s single-coils with Alnico 5 magnets and stepped pole pieces for even output across all six strings. For the classic feel, the Vintera Road Worn '60s Strat has been given a mid-sixties-style "C" neck profile, whereas the 21-fret Pau Ferro fretboard with classic 7.25" radius and fret wire in vintage format evokes the feel of the original. I have ordered this splendid Vintera strat directly in Köln 1 month ago. I've been announced that they would receive the guitar within 3 days and then will ship it to my home address. 1 month later I finally receive the instrument with 2 (big) defects in the finish of the body. I assume that the instrument has not been verified correctly. Don't get me wrong - it's a really nice guitar. But if you want to order it, order it somewhere else.
