Accordingly, the mahogany body has an elegant poplar burl top, while the bolt-on neck is made of nine-piece panga-panga and walnut. Thanks to the beveled back, the body sits comfortably on the body and has an optimal balance both on the strap and on the thigh. The slim neck profile and the flat fretboard radius ensure optimum playing conditions for fingerstyle grooves. With two Nordstrand Custom Big Single pickups and the flexible Ibanez Vari-Mid active equalizer, the Ibanez Bass Workshop EHB1505S-DEL Dragon Eye Burst Low Gloss also delivers differentiated bass sounds for almost any style of music. Last but not least, the five-string is equipped with an Ibanez Custom headpiece and five Ibanez MR5HS monorail bridges, which guarantee precise tuning as well as optimum intonation and string action.
