The Pioneer DJ RB-DMX1 serves as a DMX interface between rekordbox DJ (which is included) and any lighting equipment with DMX512 support, a communication protocol for using stage lighting equipment. The RB-DMX1 allows for the synchronization of lights and music at live shows, and can also automatically generate illuminations with intelligent algorithms.
Compact & Robust Housing
The RB-DMX1 is compact and has robust aluminium housing, which is ideally suited for the tough requirements of life on the road. The interface is also equipped with extended edges so that all connections are well protected.
rekordbox DJ "Lighting Mode"
The lighting mode for rekordbox DJ (which will be available from 20 February 2018) provides a very easy to synchronise light and music option. With the help of a variety of pre-sets you can select your favourite sequences and thus reduce the preparation time for your DJ and lighting performances.
Simple Connection
Connecting the RB-DMX1 interface to a PC/Mac via a USB cable, allows for the control of any lighting equipment that supports DMX512. Data of the lighting mode is translated into the DMX512 protocol.
rekordbox DJ License
With the purchase of the RB-DMX1 you will recieve a license for rekordbox DJ for free (see below). This professional DJ performance software allows you to control tracks stored on your computer.
Special note for the Pioneer DJ RB-DMX1
The software included with this purchase carries a licence key, and the software is intrinsically linked to the hardware. Due to this fact we are sadly unable to offer our standard 30-day right of return, as the item cannot be transferred to a new buyer. We recommend that, upon purchase, you do not register your software but instead download the 30-day trial version from the Pioneer DJ website. This way you retain the 30-day right of return when purchasing.
