The RP107-BKX from Roland is a pleasantly playable digital piano with a modern, attractive appearance and shines with convincing sound characteristics. The instrument features a weighted 88-key PHA-4 keyboard including pressure point simulation, which is equipped with ivory-like coverings (Ivory Feel), giving the player a more grippy surface and significantly reducing slippage. The SuperNATURAL digital piano sound generation offers 15 outstanding sounds in proven Roland quality, suitable for numerous styles from classical to pop and jazz to sacred music. Thanks to 256 voiced polyphony, the RP107-BKX has enough headroom even when playing fast so that no fading note is swallowed. Over 370 pre-installed songs divided into the areas of listening, ensemble, entertainment and lesson as well as a metronome with different time signatures, the player not only gets a good orientation while learning to play but also a musically suitable accompaniment. The recording function has a capacity of about 70,000 notes and manages several single-track songs. This is among other things helpful to check yourself, but also to replace a third and fourth hand on the instrument. The built-in 2x 8 watt stereo speaker system reproduces a good sound image even with quiet sounds. Two headphone outputs allow two people to play the instrument without disturbing others. The RP107-BKX is also equipped with a Bluetooth interface that transmits audio and MIDI. This allows youto record both directly.
So you can stream both directly to a computer with music software (DAW) for recording, use the digital piano as a wireless master keyboard or send the played sounds eg. to a hi-fi system. Thanks to the integrated keyboard cover, the keyboard remains protected from dust when not in use; it can be completely retracted into the case as soon as you want to play. A music stand can be set up at any angle and can be left in place as desired. The free Roland Piano App for smart devices makes the digital piano even easier to use with visual support, scores from the song library are displayed in Display, and extras like a One Week Master program complete the offering.
