Owners of a UR-C interface now get access to more interesting content that will be expanded/changed on a regular basis. It doesn't matter whether you choose a UR22C, UR24C, UR44C or UR816C - the added value is available for all interfaces and provides you with even more inspiration and tools for your audio productions. To start with, the VST instruments Groove Agent SE, HLionSonic SE, Anima and REtrologue as well as the Sound Loop Sets Indie, Rock, Ambient Lounge and Progressive House are available.
The Steinberg UR44C is the perfect balance between connectivity and portability, as the USB 3.0 USB audio interface not only has enough inputs and outputs, a DSP processor and various useful features, but is also robust and compatible with Windows, macOS and iOS devices. So it can be used not only as a desktop interface in the studio or at home, but also on the road.
Four analog XLR/jack combo inputs equipped with Class-A D-PRE mic preamps and +48 V phantom power ensure low-noise recording, while the 32-bit integer / 192 kHz converters allow for great detail and plenty of headroom. Two of the channels are also Hi-Z inputs, and in addition to vocals and acoustic instruments, electric guitars can also be recorded in the best possible way and without distortion when connected directly. Furthermore, the robust interface offers two additional line inputs, four line outputs and two main outs - enough choice for various routing possibilities.
Not to mention the latency-free, DSP-supported monitoring with REV-X Reverb, Channel Strip and Guitar Amp Classics - in other words, you even benefit from a small software bundle that you can incorporate directly into your productions. This also includes the Cubase AI and LE download license.
Generally, the UR44C hardware unit is USB 2.0 powered with a power adapter (USB-C power only possible with correspondingne jacks), while a USB Type-C to USB Type-A 3.1 Gen 1 cable has been included for connection and data exchange with your computer/Mac/iPad.
