With the Cordoba C12 SP, the traditional Spanish manufacturer presents a fully solid classical guitar with Spruce top and body made of Indian rosewood for a great sound. furthermore, other advantageous features promise a pleasant playability of the instrument and a beautiful design and an attractive overall appearance. For safe storage and protection of the instrument, the Cordoba humidified archtop case is included.

Sound & Structure

Due to its 4/4 size, the C12 SP produces an assertive sound. This is supported by the lattice bracing used here and complemented by an easy response. The selected tonewoods also contribute to an excellent sound. The Indian rosewood body results in a high tonal balance, which is rounded off by brilliant tones, due to the spruce top.

Grip and special constructions are a boon for the fingers.

Playability

The mahogany neck with 'C' profile and 52 mm nut width feels smooth in the hand and lets the picking hand glide from fret to fret as if by itself in combination with the velvety ebony fingerboard. It offers comfortable playing especially for finger pickers, but also meets all requirements for strumming or flatpicking. Absolute tuning stability for lasting playing pleasure is guaranteed by the Cordoba Premium Gold tuners.

An attractive design completes the model.

Elegant design

The Natural high-gloss finish conveys a subtle, yet high-quality impression and is elegantly rounded off by visual details. These include the three-piece back with a maple centre stripe and the maple binding, which harmonizes perfectly with the rosette with "Esteso" inlays of mother-of-pearl and ebony.
